Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. And we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the preauthorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business working days). We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment: If your order is stocked and we process the charges to your credit card, it will be ship within 5 business working days from the date at which supplier confirmed availability. We will send you tracking information within 24hrs of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business working days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@fredecongstore.com.
Damages: We take the necessary precautions to make sure shipments are without damage. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.
Returns
Cancelations & Refunds: All orders canceled after 24hrs are subject to an administrative fee if your order has been shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card you used when placing the order. Accompany with a return authorization number. Fredecongstore does not charge any fees for returns. Returns are subject to the policies of the sourcing supplier. Fredecongstore delivery cost (if any) may not be refundable, depending on the reason for the return. Please contact Fredecongstore customer service to fill out a return form for authorization number.
